The main export business of Rizhao Huana Food is frozen vegetables and fruits, our co***ny was set up in December 2007, it located in Wuhuaying village Liuguanzhuang town Juxian county, it is 200 km far to Qingdao port and 70 km far to Rizhao port, it is next to national highway No. 206, It is 9 km west of RiDong highway, traffic around is very convenient. The area of our factory is 15000 square meter, total investment is more than 10 million RMB, we have 25 technical staffs and more than 200 production workers, we have one processing workshop and 4 cold stores, total building area of workshop is 1880 square meters, building area of cold store is 1300 square meters. There are blanching/unblanching processing lines in workshop, processing capability annual is 7000 tons, the capability of cold store is 1500 tons.
The mail products of our co***ny include IQF green a***ragus spear/cuts/tips, peapods, garlic segments and diced garlic, diced onion, chili pepper, cauliflower, carrot, strawberry, yellow peach and so on, we mainly export these products to Japan, Korea, Mid-east , EU and USA markets.
There is one lab in our factory, four qualified and experienced technicians are working in it, they could do physical and chemical tests, sensory, microbe and pesticide residue tests. The building area of our lab is 180 square meter, there is one physical and chemical test room, one washing equipments room, one culture medium room, one culture room, one sterilizing room, one equipment room and one chemicals room. Technicians in lab are responsible to inspect the quality of raw material and packing raw material, inspect sensory items, physical and chemical test of products, implement microbe and pesticide residues tests, meanwhile they also responsible to monitor the hygiene during processing, it is very good to guide and monitor the quality of the product and the situation of our quality system.
